Please note that by making a reservation, you agree the following terms and conditions:


  • Check-in starts at 15:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Cancellation is free of charge 30 days prior to your arrival date. In this case, you must notify us in writing of your cancellation. The same applies in case you want to change or modify your reservation.
  • Baby cot for children under the age of three can be provided at no cost upon request.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any indoor parts of the building.
  • Pets are not permitted .
  • The bed linen and towels are changed every third day.
  • Parties as well as any commercial use are prohibited.
  • It is prohibited to accommodate individuals who were not declared at the time of booking or who exceed the maximum number of guests (5) permitted in the room.
  • We should respect the quiet hours 15:00 until 17:30 and 23:00 until 07:00.
